While filling out the technical support form, a user is required to give their contact information (such as name and email address). Customized Quote for Computer System(s)
We request information from the user on our customized quote form. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address). QES Computers, Inc. does not ask for payment information on this form.

This web site takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. QES Computers does not have customers submit their credit card information through its web site. Credit card information is obtained over the telephone and in person at the Pleasanton office.

We do everything in our power to protect user-information online and off-line. All of our users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our office. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information.
